The first 1/2 of this ride (1 hour) is unpredictable with effort levels in the low aerobic zone with intermittent and spontaneous jumps into the mid to high anaerobic zone. Stay on your toes, you'll never know when the pack will jump and serge! The second half of this ride increases in difficulty with a few brisk hills and eventually a solo chase effort that will have you spinning high cadences in the red zone. Hang tough!
