Do you have a commission based referral sales program?

• Yes - please apply for dealer status. We are extremely selective about who will qualify. Please be thorough in your application. Referrals pay up to 20%.

Can I stock product in my bike shop or retail environment?

• Yes - please read below

How much does it cost to opt in?

• While there are no fees to open a reseller account, there is a minimum initial order of 20 units (DVD's). Of those 20, five must be one title. The other 15 may be a combination of any title. After your initial order, there are no minimums. You may order 1 title at a time.

How do I qualify to sell CVO product?

• Fill out the online application.
• Each application will be carefully evaluated.
• Approval will be based on the characteristics of your enterprise.

Can I sell on Ebay or Amazon?

• No

Is there a minimum order amount?

• The initial order contains a minimum, after that, no.

Is there a discount for higher volume orders?

• No
• Each dealer pays the same cost per item
• Shipping will decrease per item substantially with higher volumes.

Is there a discount for shipping?

• Multiple shipping options exist. You chose your price. Higher volume purchases will lower your shipping cost per item.

Is the product guaranteed against defect?

• Yes

What do I do if a customer receives a defective item?

• Email us with the order number

Does CVO ship the items?

• No, our production company will fill all orders.

Do I need a business license?

• CVO does not require that you do, however, your local city may require a license or tax ID.

Can I sell to local stores?

• Yes

How much is wholesale cost?

• It is our goal to allow you to keystone the product even if you order only 1 DVD at a time. Retail is $21.99 for 1 DVD

Can CVO cancel my dealer status?

• Yes
